The room we stayed in had not one, but two breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up and watching the waves from our bed was truly a treat. The large and luxurious bathroom allowed us to relax in the bathtub while enjoying the sight of dolphins in the Indian Ocean. The breakfast served was personalized and delicious, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The owner, Debbie, provided us with fantastic recommendations and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this guest lodge for a wonderful stay in Knysna.

We had planned to stay for one night at Headlands House but ended up extending our stay to three nights because of how beautiful it was. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, overlooking "The Heads" and the lagoon. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even offering to send a left item to our next guesthouse. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be returning when we're back in town.
Can recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of tasty options to choose from. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, I couldn't get enough of it. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking facilities, which made my stay hassle-free.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom wasn't well-maintained and the towels were old and worn out.

Amazing views from the property and nearby, and great location for nature lovers. The staff were extremely helpful and provided recommendations for activities and restaurants. They were also happy to book these for us and arrange transportation if needed.
The room we stayed in was in need of some updates, such as chips on the bathroom tiles. The door locks and TV were outdated, and there was no fridge in the room.

A posh place with a stunning garden view. The breakfast on the sun terrace was divine. They even have safety features, in case you're worried about a carbon monoxide attack or a fire breaking out. So fancy!
No dustbin in the room. How inconvenient, I had to walk all the way to the lobby to dispose of my rubbish.

What a beautiful place! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the view from the breakfast area was absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and enjoy a delicious made-to-order breakfast while overlooking the ocean. The unreliable water supply. There were times when it was completely shut off, which was quite inconvenient.
